AlphaNoted is a focused notes editor built on AlphaCloud. Your draft is kept on your device before it’s sent, edits that collide wait for your decision, and a retry can’t save the same change twice.
The idea
Most editors show one reassuring word. AlphaNoted only says Saved once the server has committed your change, never when it’s merely queued. Every other moment gets a name of its own, so you always know where your words are.

A
Every edit is written to this device, encrypted, before AlphaNoted sends it. If the network drops or the page reloads, the unsent text is still there for your session, and the page warns you before you leave with work in flight.

Each block is saved against the version you started from. If someone changed it first, nothing is written. You see your draft beside the current version and choose. Edits to different blocks don’t block each other.

Every change is sent as one labelled package. Retry re-sends that exact package, so a change that already arrived is recognised, not applied twice. A refused or conflicting save is never quietly sent again.
02 · Scope
A page in AlphaNoted is a clean column of blocks with a small, exact vocabulary. Anything outside it, like a table or embedded content, is refused with a clear message instead of being quietly turned into something you didn’t write.

AlphaNoted isn’t an island with its own accounts. It runs on AlphaCloud, the platform behind the Alpha Efficiency suite, so your organisation, sign-in and permissions already live in one place.

The approved design goes well beyond today’s pilot. These screens use sample content, and each one says plainly where it stands.

Not publicly. AlphaNoted is an early preview. If you’d like to try it with your team, you can register interest in the private pilot.
Not yet. The screens show AlphaNoted’s approved upcoming design with sample content. The live pilot runs an earlier, simpler interface, and features marked Planned aren’t built yet.
Not as an offline app. If your connection drops, AlphaNoted locks the page and keeps your unsent draft encrypted on this device for your session, then lets you retry when you’re back.
Yes, without overwriting each other, though there are no live shared cursors yet. Edits to different blocks save independently. If two people change the same block, the second save waits for that person’s choice.
They’re cleared. Drafts are encrypted with a key tied to your sign-in session that is never stored on the device. Signing out, switching accounts or losing access closes that key and removes the drafts, so save before you leave.
In AlphaCloud, inside your organisation’s workspace. Notes can only be reached through AlphaNoted itself, and your workspace’s permissions are applied to every read and every save.
Notion is a broad, mature workspace; its help center documents offline pages as well as exports and page history. AlphaNoted is narrower by design: a structured page editor with explicit saving rules (drafts kept, conflicts surfaced for your decision, retries recognised) that lives inside AlphaCloud with your workspace’s sign-in and permissions.
Not in the preview. Pages use a deliberately small set of blocks, and content outside that set is refused rather than silently changed.
